Dr.patel is wonderful doctor and the staff is great too also McDowell staff at hospital is awesome they took good care of me 😁👍
Dr Patel and Nina are the best at making you feel as if you are more than just a patient. I have always been treated with utmost kindness layered with humor and respect. I cannot sing their praises enough!
I called to schedule an appointment due to bleeding for a month with no sign of it stopping. I was offered a same day appointment which I gladly took. The overall staff is nice. However, I have never been so traumatized by a dr. I have severe health anxiety and hate going to the dr, and also it doesn’t help that we have been dealing with Covid for 2 years now. I have had a very good experience at McDowell with my second child. The office is great (I mostly went to their spruce pine office, but Marion office is good too.) All staff are very nice and pleasant. I really like Allison and Alisha as providers. Angie delivered my baby and she was wonderful. The nurses in labor and delivery are amazing as well. If I have any more, I will definitely go back to Marion.
