I moved out of Villas of Mullen apartments end of December, 2025. I had cleaned apartment, yet only received a deposit refund of $85 out of a $450 deposit. I was charged $150 for apartment cleaning fee and a $150 carpet cleaning fee. I was also charged $50 for oven cleaning and $15 for range filter cleaning fee. What an absolute joke! What a dump Villas of Murlen in Olathe is! I moved in on October 1 and am still cleaning this filth. Management ignores your maintenance requests and even cancels a few of them! The property manager, Jessica Daniels, is nice enough, but she doesn't fo!low through on anything! I will be out of here by the end of year. The folks who live here are decent and hard working.

I was discriminated against by Celtic Property Management Property Manager, Gina Schiraldi and her Property Management Assistant, Marley Stinson. On June 23rd I submitted a maintenance request to report a clogged drain. On July 2nd, I submitted a second request to report that same issue, because it was not dealt with. On July 15th, I had to submit a third maintenance request because additional issues needed attention.
