We lived here for 2 years in the RV side. I have never felt such love and friendship as we did here. Management (Kelly & Alan) are the best! Always helpful, ready to jump on any task! The employees are always busy, but never enough to stop them from waving, saying hi, or stopping to chat with the community members. There is always something going on (church services, meals, games, karaoke, bands, crafts, etc). We moved to Green Valley, but this place will always hold a spot in my heart. ❤️

Great RV park, staff was helpful and friendly.
Been living here for 5 years. I like it, quiet, serene. Location scares people away due to it being on the Southside and equate with just another park. Im talking about the R.V. park over 55+. It is gated and secure. More available, during peak seasons. Night-time always has a security guard driving around the park. Cons: so far you pay by check which is getting hard to remember. Great neighbors but still has nosy ones, who like to report anyone for a singular incident. Friendly staff at office.
