I had previously left a positive review - NOT NOW! Since the move and the lovely older Veterinarian is gone, this place has gone DOWN HILL and a rip-off joint. The receptionist can't do simple math and overcharged us. While there, another patient came in, also saying they were overcharged. Another client had an astronomical bill for a booster shot (more than the initial shots). Dr. Jarrar is incredibly kind and exceptional with my dog. My dog can be quite intimidating, but Dr. Jarrar is always patient and takes the time to make him feel comfortable, using treats and a calm approach before beginning any treatment. He has truly gone above and beyond for us, even checking in after my dog’s dental surgery when he wasn’t on duty.
