The Dr. and staff were all so kind, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed: they offered the pros and cons of moving forward with different treatment options, which was appreciated. Everyone was incredibly sweet with my dog and made me feel very comfortable. The emailed materials sent after the visit were super thorough and helpful in knowing what to expect or anything to look out for before doing a follow up with my vet.
