We built a new home and we hired MIssion to install smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection and a security system. In all respects, they performed at a very high level. Excellent communication and responsiveness, punctual and polite. Their team are very experienced in the systems they sell and it shows.
This is an excellent security service provider. I have been a customer for more than three years and find their pricing and service level unsurpassed. Highly recommend!
Today on 7/8/2025. At 5:30am I was called by one of the security agents in this establishment for an address I have not lived in for over 5 years. They informed me that I missed a call from them and they would be sending the police to the address on file unless I had a code. I was met with a lack of compassion and rudeness from people claiming to "care for my well being." If you want somewhere that won't mishandle information. You won't find it here.
