Mission Valley Power SUCKS!!! DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM!!! You cannot trust them to hold up to their end of a payment arrangement, and when you call to pay your agreed upon amount on the date you scheduled to pay it, they will act like you never set up a payment arrangement, charge you well over what you agreed to pay, and if you complain they threaten you with 500-600 dollars in extra charges.
