I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the receptionist at Mission Urology. The receptionist (ANNA) displayed a very bad attitude and was completely unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they had no interest in assisting patients. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism were shocking. Instead of providing the help I needed, they were dismissive and condescending.
Dr. Ken Takesita and his staff are amazing! He was so thorough in his explanation on what could possibly be wrong. From there he order tests to get to the bottom of my problem. I am so grateful for his expert analysis. Also, kudos his office staff that are professional and prompt!
