It is hard to rate a whole strip mall as a whole. There are some places I like going while others I have only been once.
We arrived right as they opened. Filled out the paperwork. Which assigns you a number. You are called by number to triage. Then called in by name. They are currently on strike so obviously don't expect a nurse to do admin work. The staff was friendly. They could use more funding for covers in the wound care room. But the nurse was kind and knew what she was doing. We were re booked and the Dr was great later in the day. Great alternative to waiting at emergency. All info fw'd to GP.
