I am a cancer survivor and was treated with the utmost kindness. They offer a special Monthly rate for survivors. My training session went well. It began with the trainer gathering my history and coming up with a workout today fits my needs. The entire staff made me feel welcome. Does not have the"big" gym feel where you feel lost in a huge crowd of people.
