Lived here for 2 years and loved it. The leasing office staff here are amazing and frankly I miss them haha :D. They host semi annual parties and get togethers for the residents such as christmas, halloween, and summer parties. There is free food and cookies provided at these events as well and it’s a great way to meet other residents. The best part of this complex is probably just how well it is maintained. I would not recommend applying for an apt here. Unfortunately, they don't make it known to you, the applicant, that you are REQUIRED to LINK your bank account to a third-party website as part of the application process until after you pay for the application. I don't understand why that's necessary at all when in the application step prior, they ask for multiple of your most recent pay stubs. So, unless you feel comfortable handing over your bank login details, Do Not apply here.
The apartments and pool and gym room are nice but the crime around here that is not talked about more often is really a problem. My car has been stolen twice here at these apartments my car has also been tampered with for an attempt to steal here multiple neighbors have had the same problem and there is nothing that the owners are doing to prevent it.
