The apartments and pool and gym room are nice but the crime around here that is not talked about more often is really a problem. My car has been stolen twice here at these apartments my car has also been tampered with for an attempt to steal here multiple neighbors have had the same problem and there is nothing that the owners are doing to prevent it. This apartment complex is great. I’ve been living here for a long time. They’ve done plenty of renovations to the property and try to upgrade units. Each time it keeps getting better. We have new washers and dryers, fresh coat of paint to the exterior , fresh parking lot and stripping etc. Office staff are very professional and our maintenance guy Isaac is amazing! Mission Sierra is a beautiful apartment complex to live. The way the property is maintained and the curb appeal and landscaping feels like you’re living in a beautiful Forrest. There are plenty of nearby restaurants walking distance and driving. Staff in the office Angela and annette are welcoming and friendly! Maintenance guy Isaac is awesome! He’s always on top of it making sure property looks clean and maintained. I love living here.
DO NOT RENT UNIT 243. This property looks deceptively like a quiet natural oasis (and they advertise as such) but in reality, there's toxic air, stressful noise, constant sleep deprivation and pests that will make your stay anything but "rejuvenating". The buildings have zero soundproofing and the walls are so thin you'll hear all your neighbors walk, talk or bang doors way past the quiet hours. Ear plugs and white noise machine are not enough.
