Great Security :) – Mission Security has been a great help to our disabled son while at the Santa Barbara Bowl concerts. They have made us feel safe and we always see them treat people with the upmost respect. They take care of people who are not respectful of the rules (though do it very politely from what we have noticed) and are always smiling at other patrons who are just there to have a appropriately good time. Thank you :)
Decent Security, Awful Employee – I have experienced the quality of mission security for many years. As a whole, the provided service is acceptable. However, an employee named Chris is a rude and insulting individual who obviously doesn't understand the purpose of his job. He curses in front of children, and will physically grab people in a completely unethical way. I have never been in contact with an employee who is so unbelievably rude.
