Mission Search was an amazing company to work for years ago. John Astrab was kind and generous, he took care of his employees. We worked very hard but, we also played hard as well. I turned down an offer because they wanted me to wait 3 possibly 4 months to start (That is not my complaint). The recruiter said there was another position starting very soon, but it was in a smaller city. He called back and offered me a position in the desert far far from anywhere.....and that wasn't even the smaller city he had referred to earlier. They fill positions without regard to quality or experience....just first come first serve. Then, after I declined the second offer, the recruiter got smug.
