Drew and Jen came out to work on our slide. Thought we were going to have to replace motors. Drew listened and diagnosed the problem right away. Worked on it for 45 minutes and had it fixed. Explained how to keep it from happening and how to fix it myself if it happens again. Great people, excellent work. Will definitely recommend to friends and use every time I need help!
I called after hours with a camper emergency, and they called back later that evening and told my husband what part he needed/what to do before scheduling. They also said to call back if he runs into any issues as he works on the issue. I appreciated the quick return call and willingness to help before even seeing the issue themselves! It was a great first impression, and I will be calling here first if we need any camper assistance in the future!
