ER Dept: Poor service from the person who registers the patients and practicioner since the moment they knew we forgot the ID and wallet and was asked to identify/verify. Practitioner never came back to update on results or anything but instead sent the nurse 3 hours later with an incomplete discharge papers (4 pages to be exact, in which 1 page was blank) telling us it was something unrelated to what the reason we had said. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. The guy at the front desk reception was quick and to the point with emitting me into the back to get further evaluated. The RN that took care of me for most of my visit was funny and in good spirits. I went in for a bad vertigo attack and my husband and son were allowed to go into a room with me. The RN that attended us so kindly offered my husband and son complementary sandwiches and chips with water while we waited since the cafeteria was currently closed for lunch. They don't even let one family member ride in the ambulance during emergency knowing we have no car to get to loved one!!!!
