Slum lords with nice properties. Once you move in you realize how little they care about their tenants. The have stickers all in the yards...NO real grass. Horrible for your children. My friends have problems with the A/C EVERY single year and the never fix it completely. They leave them weeks without a/c! I have lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex for a year and a half and then moved to a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath town home for another year and a half. I very much enjoyed living at Mission Ranch. The office and maintenance personnel are very nice and any time there was even the smallest maintenance issue they took care of it right away. I highly recommend living at Mission Ranch and I will miss it since I moved closer to Dallas.
Beautiful homes and such nice people to work with! The community is quiet and very homely!
