Not good today my appointment 3:30pm I’m rightnow 3:20pm and wait for 1 hour 40 minutes..When I asked the nurse that my appointment is at 3:30, the nurse said that I will have to wait for 2 hours because the doctor's relatives and the first two patients will have their checkup first. This is all wrong. It is difficult to find time from work here and this wrong appointment booked the customer and told me to go somewhere else.
They don't have an online portal that you see your lab orders, they told me to go to Quest for lab orders and Quest said there is no lab order. I wish there was a way to leave 0 star for them.
This is the worstes Drs office ever they don't take there patients seriously they don't know what there talking about there very very rude and also prejudice
Worst experience visiting this office the staff is rude and have no idea what they are talking about. I called to see if I can see doctor pareek but apparently he is on vacation while staff is telling me come tomorrow. I am changing doctor and people stay away from them. Worst practice in Bay Area.
