Intersect of Forest Hills is a great place to come and heal. My loved one was admitted here for short term rehab, and she received the best care. Nursing was great, activities kept her so busy, and the room/ facility were so clean! Highly recommend Intersect of Forest Hills!
I not happy there I feel it could be better
No duty of care here.
If you're private pay, don't take your loved one here. They take your money in return for poor care. My father in law was admitted to their facility, he was there for 1 week and a day before passing away. Its been 3 months and still waiting for our refund. I call frequently and all I am told is " its in process". It been "in process" for 3 months now. I call and call and never get a call back. Shady.
