Mission Point nursing facility in Madison Heights is nice and clean and staff is very polite.
I have been working here for 4 years, and I have enjoyed every moment working with my residents and staff everyone is so nice and caring!
I have been here for always 2 years and it has been a pleasure being here. I enjoy working with the staff and the residents very friendly.
My grandmother lives here currently and tonight I went to visit her. The entire facility smells like pee and she had injuries from not being secured into her bus seat. When I was leaving I asked the nurse to help her to the bathroom and I was assured that would happen. 4 hours later my grandmother called me to tell me no one had taken her to the bathroom and that no one had showered her in almost a week.
