It was a train wreck from the moment I walked in the had bed in bed rest for 3 months and my first night there I didnt even have a walker to use the restroom, now I've tried 4 times to get my medical records and no call backs and nothing has been done, worst treatment ever

My experience there's was hard at first. because I wasn't used to people caring for me, physically or mentally and I had some depressed about my situation. However Mission Point loved me where I was at. They gave me the time to learned to trust them. They allowed me to move at my own paste. They gave me the tools to use for there and at home .to keep improving myself. All of the stuff there was remarkable I wanted for nothing .anything from food, to physical. When Henry Ford-St. John Hospital determined that I needed physical therapy after my discharge, they asked me if I had a specific facility in mind. I choose Mission Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. I chose them because I had prior experience with them at the very start of the Pandemic. From March through May of 2020 I was a patient here.
