Mission Plumbing did a renovation of plumbing in a turn of the century building. Did a decent install of plumbing tank-less water heaters but installed them without gas regulators and was shutting off with an error code. The owner Randy didn't seem to care about the issues and acted like he did me a favor coming out to do the job. Had another plumbing company come out and figure out pretty quickly that the regulators should have been installed. Tried to get Randy to pay the invoice but he completely avoids my communications.... read more

We were scammed by Randy Wood. He took our money and did not complete the job. He left our house a total disaster and my child and wife are now breathing in concrete dust until we can find someone to complete the job. He sent an email once our deposit check cleared (paid 5k upfront for a 10k job). Do not do business with Randy Wood or Mission Plumbing. He's a smooth talker and will tell you what you want to hear but he's just looking to take your money and run or will start the job and drastically increase the price after he... read more

Randy was very charismatic and a great salesman. He even brought up the idea of trade work. We finished our end of the trade but has since ghosted us. We hired them to do all the plumbing in our new addition. So a multistage process. They started the work, came and fixed SOME of the problems that arose during the build but have since ghosted us without finishing the work. They will not answer our phone calls or texts. We just want them to come finish the work previously agreed upon.

Randy and I agreed to do trade for his services. He was very helpful in the first half of my construction project and I did the entirety of the floor project at his home. After that he has ghosted me and I’ve lost about half the value of the trade. I’ll be happy to change the review. Should anything update.
