Horrible horrible new driver delivery is terrible , where is sam driver guys he is really perfect in couple days ago driver called my mother to come down stairs to received her med she waiting him for almost 15 minutes on street and when she asked him to come upstairs for next time he said he can’t leave the car and she must come to pick up her medication it’s so weird

The most horrible pharmacy, I have ever experienced in my life. They don’t tell the truth about delivering life altering medications to a disabled person. Pharmacy Staff yelled at me, then hung up phone. Took almost 2 weeks of phone calls to receive medication.
Very bad staff even the pharmacists so rude and not professional at all Im using eye drops brand names they sent me the generic and when I called then to tell them Im using the brand name they said they first said your doctor have to send a new prescription I called my doctor and he sent them a new prescription I called them again they said the insurance doesnt cover because you had the generic pay out of pocket if you need the brand name.
