By for the most horrendous horrible experience I have ever had with a place of business. After calling ahead and driving for 2 hours for our dog to be seen we got put in the never ending “que” and after sitting in the car for 8 hours never got seen. Our dog is one day sicker today than yesterday after wasting an entire day waiting with no updates except that we’re 8 patients ahead of us, then 7, then 5, then 2 after at about 4;30 was told the 2 patients had left we were waiting for a doctor to be assigned.
