The Pediatrician & medical staff are amazing but the support admin staff is below standards. I can’t get ahold of anyone in referrals. I will be open change my review soon as someone in the referral office picks up the phone if they’re even there. My call goes to voicemail or drops.
I originally had an appointment with the Redlands Office, but apparently the dr. was no longer available so I had to go to the San Bernardino office. This is for the San Bernardino Office- Dr. Akino. While the front office is kid-friendly decorated, the nursing staff dressed in black scrubs, which to me seems dreary for kids. The actual exam rooms are stark, unfriendly, and dirty.
