I am not a fan of dental work. With my anxiety I postponed a few times. Then I felt like Dr. Edwards wasn’t being honest about needing a bone graft before implants. I called and left messages only to find out he won’t work on me now. No one called or had a conversation with me. Not impressed at all. He is not trustworthy in my opinion.
I had double jaw surgery on May 8th, 2024. It became very clear early on after surgery that something was wrong. My pain level was extreme, I was getting daily nosebleeds, I couldn't open my mouth properly and wasn't even close to being able to chew. When I brought this up to the office, I was referred to a physiotherapist and was told that my recovery was not the surgeons problem. Thank you to the amazing Dr. Goos and the wonderful person who chatted with me while I was wheeled around. I am so sorry I can't remember your name but I do remember how nice you were while I yapped on drugs. Dr. Goos and the team did a wonderful job on my wisdom teeth extractions and I've recovered wonderfully and I don't remember a thing from my surgery. I am very happy with my decision to go with this clinic. I would use them again if my wisdom teeth magically and tragically came back haha
I had my wisdom tooth extraction appointment today. Dr. Edwards took his time thoroughly explaining the procedure and what to expect after the surgery. It was a great experience overall — both the doctor and the staff were professional, patient, and kind.
We just had my teen's wisdom teeth removed. She was very anxious about the procedure .The Staff and Dr Goos were extremely attentive, kind , caring and professional. They all made the experience positive. The office is centrally located making it very convenient and accessible. Highly recommend.
