Honest is honest — this is the worst clinic I have ever dealt with in my life. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment. When I finally did, they called me to postpone it for a month… then called again to delay it another 2 months! During that time, I had to rely on Google to check my own symptoms and go to other walk-in clinics just to get a simple prescription. Great team off doctors and staff always very helpful
I would give the service less if I could. Very unprofessional and insensitive to others. I had applied for a new family doctor for my whole family and Mission Oaks called me in April and sent me all the application forms for a new doctor. Great! I sent back all the forms right away. No call back. I called back after a few weeks, they told me they were gonna call me right back with info. Again, nothing. I’ve been a patient here since 2022. I got a letter in the mail dated June 26, 2025 stating that my family doctor is going on a leave of absence and when I called to ask who would refill my prescriptions in the interim or if one of the nurse practitioners/other family doctors could refill my prescriptions and they literally told me that I’m not longer a patient of the clinic and to go onto the waitlist for a family doctor, along with if I need prescriptions filled to go into a public walk in clinic for now on.
