Been a patient of dr rahimi for well over 10 years am honestly disappointed and disgusted in the way his office staff handle situations also making your patients wait over a month for a appointment is ridiculous wish we had more options for doctors as the system is broken
Almost impossible to speak to anyone in the office. I understand using technology like automated answering services can assist the office team with their time, but at the end of the day this is a medical clinic for humans with feelings and emotions, who are probably only interacting with your office due to a sensitive issue. I do not appreciate having to be bounced around on an automated message system for 10-20 mins only to get dropped into a voicemail box. So unhappy with my NP and this clinic in general. From availability, to diagnosis, follow up etc. Poor staff, poor attitudes. But I guess they don’t need compassion and common sense if the government just doles out money. I have requested a transfer to a new Dr from the office as well as the province to no avail. I now pay for alternatives. Waste of time. Read other reviews before accepting a placement here!
