I have always had a very good experience, and than you all for everything you do.
Please look behind your receptionist at the front desk. Not sure what her or his name is but they had black short hair and Caucasian. They took my insurance info and now I am getting fraudulent phone calls about a bill from mission neurology and I've also received fake bills in the mail from Mission neurology in Asheville, NC. Please look into this. This has been an ongoing nightmare of mistakes and mishaps from this business establishment since yall left the office at Mission Hospital. Everything was explained, straight forward and respectful. I felt seen and heard and my needs were addressed.
Dr Grayson took the time to listen to ALL of our questions, look up information and talk with us about the different types of treatment for our daughter. The nurse remembers our daughter's name and laughs with us making jokes and leveling out the nerves she has. The front desk staff goes above to be happy and brought my husband to our room when he was late to the appt. Thankful for the happy staff and time that is taken with us.
