All staff are professional, caring and thorough with the care they provided me when I felt at my worst.
On 07-27-26...All staff from the Mauzy-Phillips Center to the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC was very welcoming & kind to work with! They ALL were great in trying to figure out where my abdomen pain was coming from & the pain it was causing with my symptoms. Also, amazed that the ER @ Blue Ridge Regional coordinated with the ER @ Mission Health to get me in so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Wait time is usually minutes. Check-in is easy. The nursing staff and providers are the best I have ever seen. The experience is always positive, whether they are treating adults or children.
My most recent experience was great from start to finish. From the minute I walked in the door until I left, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. But to be honest, I've been to this facility multiple times over the past few years, and I have never had a bad experience yet.
Such a nice place with very caring staff.
