Scheduled an oil change with Tim directly a few weeks ago. Requested that the tires also be rotated during the same appointment. Tim agreed and said that that would make the oil change even easier since the vehicle would be lifted. Weeks later (earliest they could get scheduled was 3 weeks later… I had availability every day), took the vehicle in, reminded the front desk that it was oil change AND tires rotated. She said “okay”. Came back an hour later to pick up the vehicle. Oil change was done, but tires were NOT rotated. ... read more
