If I could give 0 stars I would. These people take your venting and turn it against you. They say they will be in touch and reach out if you need anything, then ghost you. Worse than an abusive ex, because they put a rosy smile on and act like they care. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM, especially a worker with a name beginning with J, truly manipulative and cruel behavior. Avoid!
Me and my Fiance Mys are so grateful for Leonora and Staff for being so welcoming and making this transition into sobriety something that is exciting. Everyone was so friendly and understanding with no judgements. We are so thankful for these resources and are excited for our future, living a life of sobriety. Thank you !
I am a recovering addict with BPD and I am learning disabled. I have reached out for help many times at this facility, but instead have received nothing but ableism back. The staff has a “Boomer” mentality with religious undertones. It is not a safe place and that’s sad. (Especially avoid a “therapist” named Pastor Bill Holloway. I worked with him for 7 years before he ghosted me, both at the hospital and in his private practice.
