I was in the Mission hospital and I needed my medication. I needed Metroprolo which is a beta blocker. Any one worth their sail in any medical field would understand that if you don’t get your beta blockers everyday you can go into cardiac arrest. The nurse there was uneducated and didn’t care. He’d rather let me die instead of getting my meds.

Went around 4pm in emergency told there are 27 patients and only 1 doctor asked again 8pm were told 27 patient and 1 doctor. no patient checked in 4 hrs.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was genuinely surprised that the X-ray department did not use protective shielding for patients. My 13-year-old daughter underwent a CT scan without any protective lead shielding. When I asked if she could wear protective gear, the radiology technologist told me that they did not have any and that recent studies had shown that protective shielding is no longer effective and may even trap radiation underneath it. I had to take my dad to MMH on Sunday evening because his blood sugar levels were extremely high. From the moment we arrived, he was seen in a timely manner, and the team was able to lower his glucose levels enough for him to safely return home. From registration to discharge, every staff member we encountered was absolutely amazing. They were kind, compassionate, empathetic, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. Bathroom in ultra sound burnt my hands it was so hot. Staff were extremely rude and inpatient with elder Got called to come back after leaving as they forgot to do some more test. Ultrasound lady was super nice and professional. Front desk staff seem to lack care or take there jobs seriously Hospital smells like poop. Overall an average hospital experience
