I have been a patient of Dr. Jayashri Nandi for approximately 15 years, and she has always listened to my concerns and offered treatment solutions. She is very thorough in her efforts to find a cause for symptoms, as well as with followup tests and examinations. She has always provided referrals to specialists when she felt it was necessary. As well, the administrative staff at the new location are exceptional; very patient, kind and professional. I am fortunate to be a patient here; thank you for everything you do for me.
Been to this clinic many times where I’ve been gaslit, rushed so fast in and out of the clinic and denied the referral I needed for a derm but was told “it’ll take at least 3 months to see one”. Pretty sure that’s my choice to wait for the referral that I desperately needed and the doctor’s job to listen and to support what’s best for me. Reception is insanely unprofessional and I cannot believe that in a medical clinic they are wearing sweatpants and not actual medical attire. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs. My doctor and his nurses have always been so wonderful with me and the care of my family. Today I visited the new clinic for the first time and I was very disappointed with the East Indian receptionist they had out front. She was loud, rude and should not be the face of Mission medical clinic. I just had a medical procedure that required my doctors tending to so I was walking and moving a little slow.
