Had a positive experience. Went on a positive morning, walk-in. Arrived at 11am, filled out forms as i was a new patient looking for a family doctor. Was sent to a room by 11:10am. Doctor came in about 11:15, and I was done by 11:30am. Interaction with doctor was good as well during my meet and greet session. Will be back another week to do a physical exam.
I came in for a walk-in appointment and ended up waiting far longer than expected. I’ve worked in a clinic before, so I have some understand how scheduling, priorities, and walk-ins are typically managed. My experience today was the complete opposite of that. Patients who were entirely new to the clinic, no accounts created, no appointments booked, and whose visit (based on what I overheard in the empty waiting room) was simply for a prescription refill, were taken in ahead of me without any explanation. Got in and out quick enough. Understaffed and stressed out like every other clinic and hospital is. I have much respect as times are tough and they try their best under the tough circumstances. I am surprised they even show up to work some times because of how the staff is treated.
Great and helpful staff at receptions, kind doctors, ample parking space, highly recommended. I was there on Friday with my first appointment and felt satisfied from start of receptionist’s till the doctor’s room.
The service was great, and thank you for showing me how to find the parking spot. I am very grateful to meet you and my new family Doctor.
