I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dilip Nandi, especially during my pregnancy. I was told that a referral had been sent, but it was never actually done. Because of this, I was unable to get into South Health Campus for my delivery.. the hospital closest to me and my first preference. I had clearly communicated from the very beginning that I wanted to deliver at that hospital, yet this was not followed through. I have been seeing my family doctor there for two years. I have consistently struggled with the administrative staff. They are rude both in person and over the phone, and it often takes multiple calls before they finally answer. Even with an appointment, the wait time to see the doctor is typically 30 minutes to an hour.
Being able to get a new female family doctor fast was amazing but the paper work/admin side of this office is very frustrating. A lot of back and fourth is created when refilling prescriptions via a pharmacy, any long term/short term disability paperwork or when it comes to making notes on files so follow up appointments go smoothly. Most things during my experience had to be repeated or reminded of.
The receptionist hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. I was asking how to get my medical records and she very rudely hung up. I would NOT recommend this clinic.
