Was absolutely terrible and I used to praise this place this place used to be one of the greatest places. I sat there for almost an hour and a half. The tech girl came in no communication no nothing left me sitting there for over an hour and a half called the front desk to get information to see what was going on was hung up on Then front desk person decided to argue with me that he didn’t hang up on me which he did, then I was told there was no charge because the doctor did not see my dog. Very friendly staff,very comforting when we rushed my mom's dog in early Monday morning
Saved our dog and cat! We really didn't think either would make it. Vets keep you up to date on treatment plans and cost. Of course there is wait time to check out but this place is so much better then many of the other Emergency Centers.
They are fantastic! Even the dog loved them. And they fixed him right up!
