I have always had good luck here. But unfortunately the last time I was there was to put my dog down. A person was very clinical. She also administered both drugs so fast I had no time to comfort my girl.

Went there with my dog and waited 15 minutes before being helped. Filled out paperwork and was told to be seated. After about 30 minutes my name was called and I was told there was a 2.5-3.0 hours wait but I could go to their location at 163rd and Antioch as there was a lesser wait. You’d think for a $180.00 office visit they would be more efficient. When I called in for directions you’d think they would have mentioned this wait time as I told them I was on my way there!

this is not a vet hospital, its a greedy sham of a business that doesnt care. 6 inch open gash nearly to the bone in my dogs neck and we waited 7 hours to be seen. had to keep pressure on it the whole time so she didnt bleed out. only to get roomed and wait another 2 hours. got the poorest excuse of a stitch job ive ever seen and charged $1200, the stitches fell out on the 30 minute drive home. they refused to correct it unless I paid another $1200. do not come here.
