My experiences here involve the following: • It's difficult to make appointments as their "schedulers" only work limited hours. This pushes you to bring your pet in as an emergency which they can charge more for. • Very unfriendly and unhelpful, from the receptionists I spoke with to the vets themselves. • High prices - about 3x the price of my regular vet for the same services.
