ever since this property was bought by the new owner it has went right in the toilet, he is cheap, rude, racist and retaliatory! They updated most of the units I was moved next door from where I had been for seven years, to an apartment with moisture issues , black mold, roaches, water intrusion, and a sliding door that leaks so much air my light bill has been quadruple what it was at my previous apartment…. Beautiful apartment. Easy cleaning. Laminated wood tiles. Very comfortable. Love it here. I love the sunshine. Plants are loving it.

Beware of this place. They will scam you out of so much money. They will schedule pest removal that YOU have to pay for. They let companies tow off their lot that are based in MO so neither the MO or KS police will assist, people had their car just stolen and resold with no warning. They charge crazy move out fees, and steal deposits. The heat didn't work all year, the pilot light went out non stop and I had to relight it myself several times a night. The sliding doors wouldn't lock right so they were a break in risk. They w... read more
