I only toured the place, however, it looked very nice. On top of that after I was done with my tour the company was nice enough to offer me a promotion exclusive to me. Haylee, our leasing agent was absolutely amazing. 1. she showed us two different floorplans as well as all amenities. And afterwards, she kept in touch via text and made sure to answer any questions we had offer any alternatives based on our preferences.. and all in all great customer service. The entire application was incredibly smooth to work with, thanks to Haylee. She helped accommodate my needs as I needed to move ASAP. She made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. The Gym is open 24 hours, which is perfect for my work life. I wanted to make sure I found a spot near Downtown Riverside that was gated. This apartment features gated parking and secure access to the community.
Coming from owning a home my biggest concern with leasing an apartment was maintenance requests. It is hard to feel at home if you constantly have to ask staff to do things for you and wait extended amounts of time for completion. That has not been the case for me and I am really grateful for Freddy as he is knowledge and gets work orders complete in a timely fashion
Our relocation was made alot easier by leasing here. Daniela was able to understand our needs and provide great customer service by phone and in person.
Love that they give back to their residents !
