they cannot provide the service they are contracted to provide. Calling to resolve the issue leads to receptionists that are incompetent and rude, “managers” are never in the office, cannot be reached and never return messages. Even if you speak to any of them they promise to resolve the issues but two weeks later, same problems happen again. business relies on their linen service to function! You will be spending most of your valuable time chasing the managers around just to get issues resolve.
Unprofessional service dirty towels always ripped no customer service very poor
The servers is horrible. Sometime deliverers on Wednesday some times on Friday. Even I was request on Monday. And they put the clean tower in the anywhere of the building. Makes you couldn't find it.
0 out of 5 review for me, they are incompetent, they charge you a weekly first aid kit fee but don’t fill the first aid kit . The delivery drivers are never stocked with what our contract outlined and the supervisors are worse. They didn’t have an answer to any of our questions. Avoid at all costs.
