She is willing to explain everything in layman's terms, listen to input, and will give you a heads-up if she thinks other doctors are charging for services you don't actually need. I didn't have to sweat through appointments with Dr. Shuaib, because I ENJOYED talking to her, felt she respected me as a person as well as a patient, never talked down to me, and I knew from very early on that she has no patience for the industry of medicine.
