I am extremely concerned for the patients of this office. I moved PCP's at the later end of 2024 and they have been trying to request records from this office since October 2024. Today I was at my PCP and I had them call your office while I was there so that I could see what is the matter with getting my records sent over. Your staff said that they have no such patient on file. I have been seen 6 times at your office since September 2024. I even have the results from the stress test and echo I did with you all.
