The people are nice but the billing process and them being able to help be was awful, so much so that they have officially lost my business. The phone number to pay takes you in circles and no one there knows anything. Then when I asked for management, they sent me back to the 1 800 number that I was just complaining about. I’m trying to pay them and there is no way!, never again.
Majority of the staff are very nice a few have attitudes but most are kind and compassionate. This review is based on medical care I received. I have had severe pain, have lost approximately 35 lbs over 2 years instead of balancing business with trying to diagnosis patient to me all about Money and could care less of severe pain almost every day. I expressed all this to Dr.Blake multiple times. It took almost 4 weeks to get a phone appointment that lasted less 10 mins,unacceptable. I've done everything they've suggested with... read more

They took the best care of me after being in a coma for 4 days from sepsis due to a blocked kidney stone. The staff are small town local folks they do their best and truly care. Plus no lie, hospital food in the small town mountain hospitals is the best. Pork chops with greens and cornbread with peach cobbler.
