I've been to this walk-in clinic several times, and every single experience has been positive. The providers, nurses, and front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with kindness and respect, and you never feel like just another patient. No matter what health issue I've come in with, they've always taken the time to listen, provide excellent care, and make sure my concerns were addressed. My daughter went there with a huge red circle from a bite of some sort on her leg,she was treated for cellulitis which was definitely not what she had,she got very sick 2 days later and ended up back at her primary care Dr with Lyme disease,this should not have happened
Terrible service. Got there 15 minutes before they closed and refused to see me. Even though it said walk-ins until 4pm on a Saturday. Large lady at the front was no help, told us to go to the ER

From the reception professionals to the nurses that attended to me, this was the most well ran doctor's office I've ever been to! Timely, zero wait, and soooooooo professional! Linda was AMAZING! This is the nicest, sweetest person I've ever met. And she was diligent to make sure all bases were covered. Can't say enough about how great she was. I drove 50+ miles and would do it every time if she was my nurse!! Kudos to the entire staff, thanks for making me feel like more than just another patient!
