I went to visit my grandfather and there was snakes inside of his grave they launched at me there are rattlesnake dens so be careful

If I could give Alan Schnaufer and Revere Cemeteries a zero I would. They are thieves! My mom passed away on 3/16/23. The lady in the office is rude and Alan is horrible. My father passed away in 2000. Zero issues with getting the headstone. All these folks had to do is put my mom’s date of death on her headstone. Almost 12 months later and that rude woman asks, well did you pay? Of course we did’. We paid in full on 3/22/23. I’ve called and emailed them and nothing. You guys are horrible. Thieves and liars!

This cemetery is the WORST!! They removed ALL of our sons flowers, angels and cross. Every time we put flowers they get thrown everywhere. We're grieving the loss of our loved ones and these heartless pigs could careless.

After my earlier review (appointments only) and not answering the phone, etc... I went to lunch and tried afterwards one more time to find someone to help me. A groundskeeper showed up just as I was leaving and not only looked for the paperwork (he didn't find any), but from one picture he found the grave I was looking for. By just the picture! This man made my year.
