I purchased a pre owned vehicle and received an “We owe you” for a part replacement that was a safety hazard. The original salesman was dishonest about the process of the repair, and stated the replacement part had been lost. The salesman then stopped responding. Once I notified management, they refused to honor the contract. The lack of professionalism and honesty seems to be a trend at Mission Ford; I have not and will not return for service and I would never recommend this Ford dealership.
