I had my #F150Lightning towed there for service. The service department received my vehicle, they don't have loaners readily available. So far, I've been without transportation, and there's been no update on my vehicle. Seems to me like poor customer service that since the vehicle is still under warranty, a representative would've thought to contact me to share details of some sort.
