They threw my truck 12 days in the back of their parking lot before doing anything to it while the shop is empty They act like they’re busy, but they’re not. Specially if you’re doing a warranty or nothing is coming out of your pocket oh man it’s a wrap for you. They will take the longest. So you didn’t do take you car again these people are scams. Because if you pay out-of-pocket, they will do the job same day no problem but since it’s a warranty, they take forever.

Worst service and dealer I bought a car from here with the extended warranty then after six months, the car broke down and i had to tow the car for service. They told me they need about 12 days after 12 days. They told me they need to replace the engine but I have to pay out of my pocket for tearing down the engine then after tearing out the engine, they will send all the documents to the insurance company so they could refund me my money. I had my #F150Lightning towed there for service. The service department received my vehicle, they don't have loaners readily available. So far, I've been without transportation, and there's been no update on my vehicle. Seems to me like poor customer service that since the vehicle is still under warranty, a representative would've thought to contact me to share details of some sort.
