My experience here is always sub par. I am not sure why they asked me to leave a review but okay. The physician I see isn’t always professional, which I’m pretty easy going but yea. My last visit, they were testing ALL THE FIRE ALARMS and they went off for a long time while I was in the waiting room clearly stressed from it. Also when I went to check out no one was there for about 5 min and I was definitely seen by another receptionist. I'm pushing 50, and I can say, without hesitation or reservation, that this was in my top 3 dr office visits across the board. The staff wasn't just knowledgeable and professional, but respectful and caring. I felt not just heard, but listened to. Would recommend to anyone.
Kayla, the front desk associate, went above and beyond to make sure mine and my partners needs were met. We have the same primary physican that transferred to this office. Thank you
They have a nice waiting area and exam rooms. I was greeted right away by the receptionist and only had a couple of minutes of wait time before the nurse called me back. There was a very short wait time for Dr. King. I found him to be very knowledgeable about my history with Mission neurology. He thoroughly answered all the questions I asked and talked to me about risk factors. My one complaint is that I couldn't pay using cash.
Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. I have been going to her for several years. Any test results are reported back to me in a timely manner and no issues getting any medication refills when needed. She is extremely efficient and caring. I travel from Maggie Valley to Weaverville and have no second thoughts in doing so. The office staff is welcoming.
