I see a lot of people complaining about non repairs. Call the Tenants Union, get out of the lease. We need to start coming together, paying for lousy service ends in 2025.
I’d like to give a huge thank you to the maintenance guy Mr Charles! I was having issues with my AC a couple a weeks ago during that weekend and he came out with no hesitation and fixed the problem. He is always super nice and works really fast and I just wanted to say THANK You!!!
The apartment complex in general is okay in the sense that it’s calm and I have not had many issues with crime besides the time money came up missing in my LOCKED apartment that the office claims to have no idea about but we looked past that and have lived here for almost a year now with the major issues being that for one, the gate never works and there’s already only one way in and one way out and then more importantly, they use a third party service for rent payments that for some odd reason will refund you your payment a... read more
I am EAGER to share my 1st experience with Mission Fairways as Exceptional. The management Q and Luke are the best with their outstanding customer service and good energy. The process was super easy and smooth that I did my application and gotten my approval within 24 hrs if not sooner. The property looks and feel well kept and quiet. I believe my son and I have found a hidden gem as our new home. Luke LaRue and his maintenance team are top notch. I moved in earlier this year, and every time I need something fixed or addressed, they are on it within days if not hours. Friendly, professional -- can't laud that staff enough.
