Update: since Joe was very responsive and apologized for having forgotten to book us in his agenda and for the inconvenience, we decided to go ahead and work with him. He was punctual and very professional. He was able to quickly identify the source of the problem. I would recommend him and would use his services again. Original review: Not reliable.
