I called Mission Electric on a research mission to find an e-cargo bike and Tyler was incredibly generous listening to my jumble of thoughts and offering genuine advice. After a second equally generous phone call I decided to drive from Boston to check out a bike at Tyler's shop. In person Tyler is patient and thoughtful, even as he deftly manages this whole operation on his own, building, servicing, and selling Bosch powered bikes. Tyler brings knowledge, enthusiasm to customers. Service is excellent. The shop is a treat to visit. The pedal assist electric bikes are top of the line, easy to use, amazing to ride, and requires little maintainable. The bike has improved my fitness and health making it a joy! I’m 77 and had two surgeries in the last two years. Riding the bike was important in my recoveries. I recommend Mission Electric Bikes and Tyler without reservation. The bike are totally a blast— fun and joyful to ride.
Tyler is so knowledgeable and down to earth! Even helped me fix a flat that wasn't from his shop. If you're looking for good electric bike knowledge, go here!
