Another great trip to mission electric for annual tune up on our Reise Mueller bicycles. We have been riding almost daily year round almost all weather. Tyler Justin is extremely knowledgeable and capable regarding e bike maintenance. We had lunch at great Indian restaurant that he recommended as he checked and tuned the bikes. We did a test ride and marveled at his attention and adjustments before loading up the bikes and heading home . Wonderful visit superb bike shop great service.
This place is awesome. I had a hard time with our local Urban Arrow dealer in CT and I ended up getting in touch with Mission Electric Bike. Tyler rules. He was so easy to work with, provided great customer service, and got my bike to me in the exact time frame quoted (2 weeks). I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an electric bike.
Went in for routine service on my Urban Arrow cargo bike, and Tyler was friendly, quick, knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommended.
