I was rescheduled last minute 3 times in a row last minute due to the dentist being out. Each time I had to take time off work and the last time I was already in the parking lot. Had to switch dentists as I couldn’t even get in for an exam to establish care.
The people are nice, so they get an extra star, but people are always nice in a service industry. The reason they get a 2 star review is: I had a filling replaced, and they used so much numbing agent that my tongue is still numb 9 Months later. I get accidents can happen but also they asked about it once, but called two or three times about my insurance (I decided to cancel it after comparing the price of a cleaning bill around $80 for the two visits, the insurance $180 for those two) without prompting. My visit was just a "Meet & Greet", but Mission Dental appears to be a first rate, modern, hi-tech office. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Steven Lee, and his staff. I'm confident that they will provide all the dental care that I may need.
I had a great experience at Mission Dental! All staff were professional, the hygienist explained everything to me clearly, and both the hygienist and Dr. Lee addressed all of my concerns. I just wish I caught the hygienists name so I could compliment her by name for her service!
