Took my very anxious dog to see Dr. Wilkins and she was fantastic with him. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They managed to give him all his shots with no issues. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.
Took 4 hours to draw blood for my elderly cat. They traumatized her by trying to poke her for blood and in the bladder. Yet she came back loopy from drugs, not shaved (so they either lied about trying to draw blood and charged me for it or went in blind through the fur?) And nothing to show for the 500 dollars spent and trauma on my 13 year old cat. No apologies, super unprofessional and will never be back. And if you care for your animals and their well being, and dont want to be scammed. Dont go here
Terrible. Misdiagnosis, cut our family dog open, didn't find what they said they saw on the $1500 worth of scans. Didn't apologize, didn't discount the $3800 bill. Pressured us into surgery by saying "your dog will likely not survive unless we operate" after we said we wanted to wait a couple more days. Will not be going here again.
Extremely caring, knowledgeable, calm and compassionate doctors and staff at this well-established clinic. I have been seeing Drs. Andrew & Tannis McCarthy and Dr. Tasmin Dunkin for many years with my cats and dogs. They have helped us by providing check-ups, emergencies, referrals, dental, chronic condition, and end-of-life care. Our family receives the best professional treatment at this clinic.
