RecommendedWe placed my neighbor at MC. She was a handful related to her diagnosis. I found the staff caring, helpful and most always responsive. All communities have staffing issues these days, but they do their best at MC to hire and train to stay on top of the issue. My neighbor had care, according to her care plan, unless she declined. I would recommend.
The staff is very caring. The Executive Director, Julia, is awesome! My mother was and is being cared for in a supportive, caring way from Assisted Living to Memory Care through Hospice.
Horrible experience with our dad there. Constant turnover of staff and terrible care overall.
When you have An E.D (Kim) that doesn’t give a care about anything or anyone but herself it makes it hard. Mission Creek has gone downhill over the past month! That evil lady does not know 75% of the residents; their individual likes, needs or wants! Her negative energy will rub off on you! She never has anything positive to say.
